Getting a pumpkin

This morning we went to Wright's Market to get pumpkins and it was an absolute blast. Tonight before bed, Abigail said, "I had a FUN day!!" Wright's reminds me a little bit of going to Belvedere when I was little and working there as a teen. It's not as big though, but it has a neat market, hayrides, goats that you can pet, & a mini maze for kids. Abigail loved the mini maze (it was made out of hay bales)! She came running out of it saying, "It did it! I did it!!" She was so proud of herself.

What a cheese ball standing in front of the big ruler. Guess we'll see how big she is next year.

This was Abigail's favorite part of the morning, feeding the baby goats. She didn't want anything to do with feeding the big goats, so Chris would distract the big goats so that Abigail could feed the babies.

On the hayride with Mama. Isaac slept through the hayride but that was good thing...he was pooped! Abigail thought the hayride was fun at first, but then after 15 min on th hayride, she said, "This is not fun." She had a good time though.

Isaac was trying to eat the hay, fortunately big sister was near by to keep him from doing that.

Then tonight we went to a picnic, although a cold picnic, with a small group of people from church & Abigail spent the whole time on a trampoline. What a fun Saturday :)

Isaac's 1st Solid Foods

Isaac tried rice cereal for the 1st time on Wednesday. He's still not to sure about it, but he LOVES the spoon!

What Fun

Here's a little glimpse into our night tonight. Abigail & Isaac were playing after dinner. Make sure you note Abigail cheesing it up for the camera and what she says she's doing to Isaac. Sorry it's so dark, but it's worth it. Make sure you have the sound on so you can hear Isaac laughing at his sister & Dad.

My great kids!!

Thanks Aunt Bess & Uncle Jonathan for the hedgehog. It surprises me every time it shakes.

Chris thought maybe we should make Isaac Oscar the Grouch for Halloween since he's so comfortable in the trash can. Don't worry, it's actually the paper recycling bin...we didn't put him in the dirty diaper bin or anything :)
Yep, it's been awhile since I posted anything, so here are some pictures from our last month. What's new? Isaac is getting bigger as expected. He weighed 15.1 lbs and was 24.75 in at his 4 1/2 month dr appt. He is an absolute joy and has the biggest most infectious smile. He loves to play with and smile at Abigail. We started him on rice cereal last week, which he is still tryign to decide if he likes. He can roll over both ways and it wont be long until he sits on his own.

Abigail is learning so much. She recognizes probably 1/3 of the alphabet looks like & the sounds they make. She can fly on her tricycle and is going to be sad when the time changes and it becomes dark outside so early. She loves Sunday School and comes home singing whatever songs they sang. Wish you could hear her sing. She wont do it on demand, you have to catch her singing. She sings anything!!!

So to sum up, I am a blessed woman with two wonderful kids who continually bring so much joy into my life. I LOVE BEING A MOM!!! BEST JOB EVER!!!
